- Become healthy!!! Run!! Skate!!! Walk!! Why? Here is a my story:- One day I was feeling uneasy in my office. I recorded the blood pressure of 188/150 then A Warning Bell rang in my mind and forced me to follow things that I was neglecting. I got used to get irritated frequently and regularly started I put on few more kg weight than I could have. My heel was in pain. I wanted to reduce my belly fat . I was in state of absolute mess, that’s typically a bit difficult for family members around me. I wanted to be happy and fit. I have faced lot of issues due to my getting throat infection frequently. I searched for proper daily routine to fuel my body and become fit and fine.
- I started my left out routine of speed skating and started doing it even when I am tired. I have realized that exercise of fuel for my body and soul. More you exercise more flexible and powerful your body becomes. I started feeling energetic and made my mood every time I exercise.
You have to understand that you have to exercise to remain fit. Maybe a walk everyday no matter what distance. Increase the distance gradually. You have to learn to keep going. No matter what distance, we must walk to remain fit. Walk and run gradually. I have discovered that more you walk more fat you loose, skating or running consumes carbohydrates whereas walking burns your fat.
Maintaining proper posture while running is really important. And our weight should land on middle of foot. Secondly the hand movements should not take away or energy and should make ourselves move forward in easy manner. You have to judge yourself on this. This the simple rule of running. Your heel and knees shouldn’t feel pain.
Third stage is improving our lung capacity, our lung capacity is reduced due to lack of physical activity. I realized this after research and study. We have 2 litres kg or more capacity against 4.5 litres. We are struggling to maintain our health in 21 st Century so we have to catch up with our body fitness and have to strengthen muscles and bones through proper routine or sports. I have been observing that when I work I feel little stress and when I play early in the morning , and go to work then , I feel very energized and active. The mood and stamina enhances. The lethargy goes away. I have found out that more active we are more ready we are to respond and accept changes occurring around. I was feeling very calm and focused as the day goes ahead if I exercise and do some for of activity. I have to say our body does something inside that makes us feel relieved when we are active. There is something happened to our body when we run or walk. Certain chemically important change occur in our body if we become active and we feel very nice and happy. I have felt pain go away.
I have came to know that as we age the muscle loss is started. This rate is more in women over 40. Also we need certain vitamins and are lacking then also we feel weak and lose hairs. Simple little changes in diet will make us more healthy and compensate the loss. But the changes should be continued and should be maintained at least 3 months to measure the difference before and after. Simply increasing iron supplements and food rich in iron is important to combat hair loss. Also people take supplements , but it is a loss of money. I came to know that body doesn’t absorb the pure medicines or tablets properly, as it pure. Our body love raw sources. It requires raw form through food. Also complete protein diet is bad. We have to change gradually. Drastic changes puts our body in stress, hence make your diet rich start increasing good fats and protein rich breakfast and proper meals.
I have to fight my laziness. Everyday waking up early is a challenge, but I remind myself health is more important than anything. Proper Sleep is also important so started sleeping early and waking up early. Gradually we will do it, starting is 1st step then doing it at least thrice a week is second target. Then continuing it for a quater is needed. Laziness always bumps in while we do tend to regularize our routine. I suggest at least hitting the ground even if you are late is very important. A single day is very important. Participate in competition once in a while go for 5 km. Run for and walk mix your trials and then slowly move forward with your pace and thats it.!!!. You are a runner!!. Milestone Achieved!!
